How the score works

The on-time score is the percentage of a customer’s settled invoices paid on or before their due dates. PayerScore also shows typical days late, recent direction, current open exposure, and invoice-level evidence. Historical behavior is context, not a guarantee.

How data is handled

Reports are calculated on demand in application memory. The application stores the encrypted QuickBooks connection and limited billing state needed to operate, but not customer, invoice, payment, or calculated-report records. The full operational detail is available in the Privacy Policy.

Why the product is intentionally focused

Receivables teams often have plenty of accounting records but no quick, consistent way to compare prior payment timing across customers. The service is designed to shorten that review while keeping the calculation understandable. It does not add collections automation, autonomous decisions, or a generalized accounting dashboard.

That narrow scope also defines the product’s limits. Business context, disputes, contract terms, and corrected transactions can matter more than a summary percentage. Users should inspect the supplied invoice evidence and apply their own policies before changing terms or taking collection action. Questions about the service can be sent through the Contact page.
