PayerScore support
Help with connecting, billing, reports, and data requests.
Start with the relevant path below. If the issue continues, email us with the page you were using and the request ID shown in the response—never send QuickBooks passwords, OAuth tokens, or complete accounting exports.
Connect QuickBooks Online
Select “Connect QuickBooks Online,” sign in through Intuit, choose an authorized company, and approve the Accounting scope. PayerScore returns you to the report after the callback completes.
Start the Intuit connection →
Disconnect and delete
Use the Disconnect control in your report. If billing is active, PayerScore first confirms cancellation, then deletes the stored connection credentials and clears the browser session.
Manage billing
Connected subscribers can open Stripe’s hosted billing portal from the report. Canceling in Stripe changes paid access but does not delete the QuickBooks connection.
Understand a result
Open a customer row to inspect the settled invoices behind its on-time percentage and days-late values. Review credits, partial payments, and corrected transactions before relying on the result.

Privacy or deletion request
Use the monitored support address below. We may need to verify your authority over the connected business before acting on a request.

Include what you expected, what happened, and any request ID. Do not include credentials or sensitive accounting data.
Before contacting support
Refresh the page once, confirm that you are using the intended QuickBooks company, and note the exact step that failed. If the application displays a request ID, include that identifier; it helps locate the operational event without requiring you to send financial records. Screenshots should be cropped to remove customer names, balances, invoice numbers, browser tokens, and other sensitive information.
Expected response and escalation
Requests are reviewed through the monitored address shown above. Billing, privacy, deletion, and security concerns are routed by subject and urgency. The public Contact page explains what information is useful for each type of request. Never send a QuickBooks password, Stripe payment details, access token, refresh token, or complete accounting export.
