Payment history, not just aging

A/R aging shows what is late now. PayerScore shows who has paid late before.

A standard accounts receivable aging report organizes current unpaid balances by age. PayerScore adds the historical behavior behind those balances, helping you see whether a customer usually paid on time, how late settled invoices typically arrived, and whether that pattern is improving or worsening.

Every score links back to the invoices used in the calculation. PayerScore is decision support—not a prediction or guarantee—and the underlying QuickBooks records remain the evidence.

Common questions

How the QuickBooks payment-history report works

What does a PayerScore measure?

It is the percentage of a customer's settled invoices that were paid on or before the due date. The report also shows typical days late, recent trend, and current open exposure.

Does PayerScore change anything in QuickBooks Online?

No. The connection is read-only. PayerScore does not create, edit, or delete customers, invoices, payments, or other accounting records.

Does PayerScore store QuickBooks transaction data?

PayerScore retrieves report data on demand and processes it in memory. It does not store customer, invoice, payment, or calculated-report records in its application database.

Is PayerScore a consumer credit score?

No. It is a business receivables and payment-history report, not a consumer credit score, consumer report, or guarantee of future payment.
